PROTECTION SYSTEMS (PRS)

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A PLANNER TO JOIN THE THALES TEAM IN MANAMA, BAHRAIN.

The Planner will Support for Planning and Reporting function for Bahrain Airport Project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and consolidate inputs for planning and reporting function from various stakeholders (Work Package Managers, sub-contractors, third parties etc.)
• Support Planning Manager/PMO in preparation of various reports and dash boards (internal and external)
• Perform periodic Schedule updates in P6 and identify the deviations and inform the planning manager of potential deviations and delays
• Collect and record progress for daily/weekly/monthly reports preparation
• Monitor progress with the help of KPIs.
• Attend progress meetings and present status reports

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Bachelor Degree in a relevant engineering field or similar
• Sound Knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Office
• Knowledge of Airport Construction/big scale projects preferred
• Ability to prepare technical reports
• Competent in English
