Project Manager (Bahrain) Mixed-Use (Infra & Building) WESTERN EXPAT
Due to client Visa Restrictions, Only Western Candidates can be considered for this position
An International Engineering Consultancy requires a Senior Project Manager with at least 15 years of on-site, hands-on, construction Management experience overseeing complex Mix-Use Developments for newly awarded project in Bahrain.
4,000-4,500 Bahrain dinar per Month + Flights + Medical
(Equiv $10,500 - 12,000 per Month TAX FREE)
Requirements
Candidates must have extensive experience on Mixed-Use Master Planned Projects including buildings an Infrastructure (70/30% spilt)
Previous career role as Project Manager on-site and responsibility for projects through to completion, delivering on all construction phases through to hand over.
A Degree in Engineering (Civil, construction or structural), with at least 15 years experience in project management / construction management and preferably 5 with an international company would suit ideally.
