Job description / Role
Our client, one the most well established Real Estate firms based in the Kingdom has sought Gulf Connexions assistance in urgently identifying a Property Management Receptionist to join their vibrant team initially on a 6 month contract/temporary basis. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated applicants with previous exposure/experience in a similar role preferably within the Real Estate sector.
Responsibilities:
• General administration and office management.
• Answering incoming calls for sales and property management.
• Meeting and greeting clients to the office.
• Handle rental and sales enquiries.
• Online portal administration.
Requirements
Requirements:
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role would be preferential but not mandatory.
• Real Estate sector experience is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
• A friendly and patient demeanor is required.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.
