The Company

Our client is a joint venture partnership, they are one of the largest Real Estate Company they are working on mega project for various countries. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on 5 stars resort project in Bahrain.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Procurement of subcontractors
- Subcontract management
- Preparation of tender documents
- Agreement of final accounts
- Contract negotiation
- Attending site progress meetings
- Reporting to the company directors on project financial performances
- Provide cost effective solutions to all involved on the project

Requirements

Education and Qualification

- Degree in Civil/ Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 7 years experience
- Stars hotel experience
