Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Develop Business plan and strategic objectives.
Prepare forecast and maintain budgets of the property division and set the strategic direction of the department.
Monitor day to day functions of the property and maintenance division.
Periodically review prevailing rent rates in the market and recommend for changes if any required in the pricing strategy.
Review and approve monthly MIS reports.
Review feedback from the customers and ensure the customer satisfaction and quality of service is maintained, etc.

Requirements

Strong Customer service skills.
Behavioral skills - self motivated, adaptable, flexible, systematic, analytical, details oriented and strong team spirit.
