Reporting to the Group HR Manager, he/she will be fully accountable for providing an effective recruitment procedure to the business. The role will be accountable for the recruitment activities across a variety of different divisions and brands.
The candidate must have extensive experience with Recruitment processes, with a proven track record and a good understanding of various recruitment laws/procedures pertaining to overseas recruitment. Must have excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage) with a well organized and structured approach to prioritizing their workload. Travel maybe required throughout the GCC or internationally.

Jawad Cold Stores was founded by Hassan Mohamed Jawad, a Bahraini businessman and enterpreneur, as a small grocery store and shipping agency.
Since inception, Jawad has implemented a dynamic trading strategy, realising the need to keep pace with the fast changing requirements of modern consumers.
