Job description / Role
– Write Job Specification.
– Review and analyze CV of new candidates and compare with Position Description or Job Description.
– Coordinate with recruitment agencies and headhunters in and outside Bahrain with a view to attract strong candidates for AMA in different occupation.
– Interview and sort out candidate according to suitability to AMA needs.
– In his attempts to develop data base of all potential headhunting, attract scarce manpower overseas, manufacturing companies in the same field as AMA, recruitment agencies.
– Conducts job analysis with a view to insure quality of new recruits.
Requirements
- University Bachelor degree of Engineering, Business Administration or HR.
- Expected candidate should have at least 7 to 10 years related experience in particularly, recruiting staff of Engineering background ,ideally working for a general construction company, computer literate, planning skills in interviewing, and negotiation.
