Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:
• Developing a good understanding of client needs, their industry, work culture and environment
• Preparing Job descriptions/ specifications for the client vacancies
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts through various channels
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates
• Search candidate database, job portals other social media networks to identify suitable candidate for the client vacancies
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates
• Preparing CV’s and assessment reports to forward to clients
• Briefing candidates with the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
• Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
• Informing candidates regarding the results of their interviews
• Negotiating/ coordinating offers and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
• Requesting and conducting references check on candidates under offer and prepare reference reports
• Updating candidate database on a regular basis
• General recruitment administration.

Requirements

Requirement:
• Relevant degree with one year of work experience within recruitment agency environment
• Ability to accurately match candidates to job vacancies through accurate skill identification and research
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
