Job description / Role
The largest staffing/recruitment company in Bahrain with a track record of managing large recruitment projects in the region.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels available from time to time.
- Assessing candidates to ensure client requirement, qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
- Conducting confidential interviews where necessary and checking references and credit.
- Research into clients’ company, competitors and market place for a better understanding of the job requirement and sourcing method
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements – all assigned jobs need to be advertised in all platforms available at the time.
- Maintain and follow road map for resourcing so that all the search criteria has been met.
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
- Arrange for candidate interviews with clients as well face to face screening where possible
- Communicate on daily basis with the Line Manager(s) regarding the assigned jobs – providing feed back
- Network and build long-lasting candidate and client relationships
- Know your area of expertise – Industry, Clients – their competition, Job titles and their description
- Research and develop recruiting leads
- Document the vital details in in-house database
- Out of the box thinking and proactive search and approach towards job
- Strictly achieve the targets set in monthly 121
Requirements
Education and qualification:
- Previous experience in the recruitment/ staffing field.
- Experience sourcing candidates from LinkedIn Recruiter, GulfTalent and company database.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sound judgement and high emotional intelligence.
