Employment: Full Time

The Company:

Our client is a group of companies with a diversified portfolio that offers a broad range of goods and services.

They are currently looking for a Residence Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all operations and activities of the residence, including staff supervision, acting as agency/community liaison, and directing resident training, programming, family support.
• Monitor staff performance, including evaluations and developmental plans, disciplinary actions.
• Organize staff schedule and tasks in a timely manner.
• Monitoring and maintaining residence inventory stock.
• Assigns staff their duties and inspects work meets standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness.
• Supervising the daily cleaning of assigned rooms, bathrooms, corridor areas, bathroom kitchen to the highest standards. This includes changing bed linen, replacing towels, vacuuming, mopping.
• Investigates complaints regarding staff and equipment and takes corrective action.
• Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
• Prepares reports concerning all residence inventory.
• Makes sure residence equipment are in the best condition
• Daily routine checks around residence, making sure there are no damages
• Making sure routinely maintenance takes place (polishing, ac filter, etc).
• Report any observed or known safety hazards, conditions, or unsafe practices and procedures
• Carrying out any other duties as may be reasonably required by employer.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven experience as Residence Manager
• Preferably Bachelor degree in Hotel Management
• Previous experience in hospitality or real estate sector
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of accounting and finance
