Job description / Role
• Responsible to extract data from database and internal system for analysis.
• Prepare sales report on daily, weekly and monthly basis with advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Word).
• Design and ensure accurate sales reports with excellent strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Identifying and assessing areas of improvement, market trends and recommending corrective measures to upper management to mitigate losses.
• Implementing / maintaining systems, policies, procedures as per organizational goals and objectives.
• Work to develop tools and guidelines to support more efficient process within demand/Supply chain operations.
• Assessing current corporate relations of organization, reviewing proposals, reporting any relation issues to our Head of Sales and administering solutions as per their instructions.
• Developing and following up on clients’ event calendar.
• Developing and overseeing the implementation of corporate communication policies.
• Ensuring all external communication is unified and accurately represents Junaid’s corporate identity.
• Managing all of Junaid’s external corporate sales & communication and maintaining strong positive relationship with our business partners.
• Perform well in the role, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are mandatory.
• Define set and impose market strategy and enterprise growth opportunities.
• Search and develop new business from market and set up solutions that meet client needs.
• Direct business development initiatives to generate new business and achieve financial results; explore potential markets and develop business relationships.
• Manage departmental costs within agreed budgets.
• Carry out consultative sales; manage price negotiations and sales expectations to achieve business goals.
• Be an active participant in any tradeshows, exhibitions, offers or product launches to promote company products, simplify penetration of market and increase market share.
• Manage new product launches, promotional campaign planning and product management to increase revenue, and improve brand visibility and availability of product in the market.
• Represent the company in contract negotiation, finalization and signing.
• Negotiate business dealings with local/international clientele besides strengthening clients support service.
• Build long term relationships with major industry players to build mindshare and drive sales activity.
• Stay abreast with competitor activities, new product launches, prevailing market trends and issues; analyze its impact towards the business in long run and devise strategies to counter any possible threat.
Requirements
• Microsoft Excel.

• Analysing the collected data and presenting it in a format that is easily understandable
• Preparing informative reports as required
• Collecting and interpreting data gathered from various sources
• BS to Master Degree
• Not less than 2 years experience in same job
