- Prepare PO & LPO based on requisitions received from HOD
- Monitor GRN in the system to track delivery of shipment to the store.
- Receive GRN from inventory manager with costing details of the shipment.
- Record adjustments in sales order .
- Liaise with principal companies for service claims.
- monitor open POs
- Strong communications skills .
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- effective time management and admin skills
- Presentable and articulator
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Advance in writing a letters
- Bachelor Degree holder
