Senior Design Manager - Architecture - Hospitality

Job description / Role

Exciting opportunity to join an established engineering consultancy working on a hospitality/mixed use development in Bahrain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the design on behalf of the client ensuring that the project is built and finished to the correct specification.

This will include:
• Reviewing and coordinating all submissions
• Constructability / build ability reviews
• Ensuring relevant codes of practice are complied to
• Performance management of other consultants and any other element involved in design review
• Manage the submission of designs
• Production of contract documents

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture
• A proven track record of working as a Design Manager for international consultancies or PMC
• Should have worked on large hospitality projects in the Middle East
• A stable career history showing longevity of employment with each employer
