Our client is based in Bahrain and is actively seeking a Marine Structural Design Engineer to join our marine engineering group on various design projects including the development and rehabilitation of ports, harbours, marinas and shoreline infrastructure, beach nourishment, flood protection, dredging and navigation projects.

Requirements
* 8 plus years' structural design experience
* Strong analytical skills in structural and geotechnical design for waterfront/offshore structures and foundations
* Working knowledge of structural and geotechnical analysis and design software
* Working knowledge of codes and standards related to marine design
* Extensive experience preparing calculations, design details and working with other staff to develop construction documents
* Registered Professional Engineer
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong mentoring ability is preferred
