Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager

Job description / Role

Client is a reputable engineering and building contractors based in Bahrain and they are looking to recruit a Western Educated Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Site Commercial Manager for a high end buildings project

Reporting into the Project Manager, the ideal candidate for this role needs to have at least 10 year’s experience working for large contractors.

Requirements

- Mainly buildings project experience
- Minimum Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying and Engineering
- The ability to manage a team of Quantity Surveyors
- Experience of working with FIDIC contracts and Candy software

Preferably you will already be working in the Gulf Region. This is an ongoing contract where you will be responsible for all commercial duties. An attractive salary is on offer with vehicle and flights on top.
