Job description / Role
• Attend daily, weekly and monthly site meetings
• Carry out site inspections and prepare snag list, reports, and document progress
• Liaise with Client
• Liaise with Main and sub-contractors to ensure site progress is on schedule
• Value engineering and problem solving
• Ensure project meets company high standard of workmanship, reflects drawings
Requirements
• Interior Design Firm is seeking qualified and hardworking Site Engineer
• Must be qualified with BS in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Experience with interiors for residential and commercial project
• Able to work independently and manage projects to a high standard
• Professional verbal and written communication skills a must
• Organized individual with strong multitasking skills
• Hard worker able to do work long hours to ensure project meets company standards and deadlines
• Minimum 5 years experience
• CRPEP licenses an added bonus
