Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Coordination of Online Marketing and Website Requirements
• Execute the digital and media requirements for all online marketing activities to strengthen reputation and brand to increase leads
• Ensure the ecommerce activity is measured and tracked
• Ensure the media strategy and policy and procedures are followed for all digital and media platforms
• Track online marketing activities and measure the social media market, content, media posters, creative concepts, social media listening, pitch presentation, social ads and relevant bloggers to verify relevant lead generation and online traffic
• Ensure digital marketing and PR plan provides the appropriate public exposure to maximize projects’ exposure through relevant channels
• Execute social media market campaigns, relevant content, media posters, creative concepts, and social ads to generate lead traffic
• Ensure the corporate and country location website have consistency
• Follow approved standards to ensure consistency and quality for all brand communications and budget requirements
• Implement relevant latest digital opportunities and trends when approved
• Manage online conversion through effective customer journeys and sales processes
• Participate in new business pitches

PR and Digital Content
• Participate in PR and digital approved marketing activities
• Implement digital material content for online presence, project newsletters and corporate books and brochures
• Execute the relevant PR and digital media opportunities
• Ensure all locations use consistent and high level communication and skills to ensure messages are clear and concise

Social Media
• Manage all aspects of social media for corporate and country locations and lead the online presence
• Manage roll out of all online communication campaigns through social media and increase presence
• Ensure social media messages are consistent and approved and meet corporate objectives for events, initiatives and brand strategies
• Update the social media portals at all times
• Ensure crisis management action are taken when relevant

Stakeholder Management
• Provide agency coordination for events, projects and financial payment
• Ensure agency scope of work is accurate and aligned with budget and final outcomes and a final evaluation of the final delivery is conducted
• Implement marketing and event communications via internal and external channels and parties
• Manage multi-media projects (photo/video shoots) to include editing and implementation of the final product
• Ensure customer comments are answered in accordance with corporate guidelines Communicates marketing briefs to agencies
• Coordinate relevant PR activities for events, press releases, press conferences, and media statements

Analytics and Reporting
• Review analytics for website, e-marketing and email programs for continuous improvements
• Review and analyze CRM relevant activity
• Implement relevant media and digital changes in product and event trends that improve the organization’s presence
• Document and measure targets
• Utilize relevant media mediums (google analytics, MS office suite, SEO management, adobe Omniture, SDL and Joomla, WordPress)

Requirements

• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations with Minimum Experience of 3-5 Years in Similar Position
