Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a multi-national insurance company who is looking to hire a Strategy & Financial Analysis Manager with at least 6 years + experience to join its specialist team in Bahrain.
The role will involve working with the head of division, along with the senior management in various business lines, in relation to financial modelling, planning and critical analysis of new and existing business opportunities. The role will also involve financial reporting, budget setting and financial forecasting, but will also involve partnering close with business units in relation to the commercial and strategic impact of financial models and information.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have 6 years + experience in relation to being a Commercial Financial Accountant or having worked in consultancy within the financial services, insurance or management consultancy sectors with suitable transferable skills. This role would be an excellent long-term opportunity for career progression, to be involved with more than audit and financial reporting, but with the assessing and interpretation of financial data with the practical commercial implications. There is an interest in high calibre individuals with a strong work and academic background, interested in a key role with long term prospects at a multi-national business.
