Employment: Full Time

This role will manage a VVIP Airport lounge in Bahrain.

Client Details

Our client specialises in the Aviation Hospitality sector managing multiple lounges for VVIP, HNWI and CIP passengers. They are a subsidiary of a large group that specialises in the Aviation sector.

Description

This role will be responsible for the day to day operations of the VVIP lounge. The role will include overall management of all personnel in the lounge such as F&B, Finance, Sales & Marketing and more along with the external FBO operators. The Lounge Manager will interact with guests regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure quality management through consistent weekly meetings with all teams.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

- 10 + years experience in Hospitality or Aviation sector
- Experience managing VIP/First/Business class lounges with an operator or leading airline
- Experience leading teams, managing inventory, cost control, staff schedules, customer satisfaction, staff training, Health & Safety and more
- Experience accommodating HNWI, Royals , CIP passengers in the GCC
- Good understanding of F&B
- GCC experience is desired
- Arabic speaking is beneficial
- International experience in the US/Europe or Asia also beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
