MEP Manager - Hotel Construction - Minsk, Belarus
This is an opportunity to work for Mace International on a Major Hotel Project in Minsk, Belarus.
Reporting to the Project Director, responsible for the management of all consultants and MEP Contractors involved in this High Rise Hospitality scheme, through delivery to commissioning and handover.
Responsibilities:
- Review overall status of the MEP works reporting on the progress of all MEP aspects of the project to the Project Director and project team.
- Responsible for seeing that the highest standards of Health and Safety are considered as a priority through all stages of the project.
- Responsible for driving, quality, cost and schedule of the MEP works.
- Part of the senior management team in a client facing, Construction Management role.
- Challenge and seek to improve the project deliverables.
- Drive innovation and better ways of working.
- Initiate and drive value management and value engineering as required.
The role requires collaboration, teamwork, commercial acumen and a high level of technical proficiency.
Requirements
- Degree Qualifications is an advantage but not essential.
- Hotel Construction experience is preferred.
- A Main Contracting, Management Contracting, Construction Management, Project Management or Engineering background are all acceptable.
