Employment: Full Time

Director - Partnering North America

Responsibilities:
• Based on a defined Partnering Strategy execute approved Partnering transactions for selected EC&R Development, Construction or Operating assets
• Structure and process-map Partnering transactions based on long-term asset partnerships including a suite of long-term services, which are fit for purpose with potential or existing partners
• Selective acquisition of pipeline Development projects to enhance greenfield Development pipeline activities
• Hold accountability for project budget and time targets
• Continuous Financial and qualitative analysis of a defined number of business driven Partnering opportunities
• Interact swiftly with various EC&R as well as E.ON (support) functions

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Business or analytical/quantitative degree, with at least 3 years of experience in the area of Finance, Economics or Business Administration
• MBA, CFA or similar postgraduate degree considered a plus
• Understanding of the energy markets, Renewable technologies and investor markets
• Financial modelling skills coupled with good conceptual, strategic and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to think and calculate through scenarios with a creative approach and open mind
• Comfort in managing relationships with senior stakeholders (both internal and external)
• Proven Management competencies and Big picture thinking
• Affinity and high motivation to work in an international and changing business environment
• Strong personal skills, acting comfortably in various cultural environments with a sense for diversity and inclusion
• Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages a plus
