Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:
• Build networks, research, identify and pilot new opportunities that enable our customers to take advantages of a range of health and wellbeing events, activities or third party relationships
• Work closely with Guinness colleagues to develop and create a programme of events and activities to promote health and well-being
• Ensure delivery of a rich and diverse programme by working in partnership with Health, Housing and the Third Sector
• Promote customer involvement in shaping and monitoring activities so they have choice and control over the events they have access to
• Ensure adequate records are kept and feedback/evaluation is captured to demonstrate outcomes and enable continuous improvement
• Be aware of and follow Guinness Policies and procedures with particular attention to standards of customer service, health & safety and equality & diversity.

Requirements

The Essential Skills/Experience Required are:
• A sensitive and supporting approach to vulnerable people whilst maintaining their dignity and self-respect at all times
• Ability to work successfully with a diverse range of customers and partner agencies
• Experience in instigating and supporting events and programs of activities with demonstrable outcomes
• Previous experience in organizing voluntary or community events and activities
• Good communication skills, both interpersonal and written, as well as high IT literacy
• Experience working within the Third Sector, Health or Housing
• Experience of working with older people/vulnerable adults in a similar setting
• Relevant professional qualification in social care or housing management
• Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle
