MEP Manager

Job description / Role

MEP Manager - Phenom Penh, Cambodia

Our client is a leading property developer operating out of Phenom Penh, Cambodia. They are currently developing one of their existing high rise towers in the capitol into a 5* hotel.

This project has circa 12 months left, and another large development is planned to succeed the hotel.

The business are looking to hire an MEP Manager, to be based on the project in Phenom Penh and manage the MEP installation and commissioning through to handover.

You will be responsible for coordinating numerous subcontractors on the execution of day-to-day building services works, supervision of work progress and co-ordination of various activities on the project.

Our client is keen to interview imminently. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved with a fantastic company on a great project in a fantastic location. Your overall package will be paid in USD $6,500 per month + medical + annual flights.

Requirements

* At least 10 years' relevant experience preferably in a commercial / retail / hospitality fit out projects with client-side / developer exposure;
* Must be up to date on all aspects of MEP design;
* At least 5 years' experience in managing a team of staff in a related field.
* Reliable and able to work within tight deadlines;
* Good communication / interpersonal and negotiation skills;
* Good command of written and spoken English;
* Computer literacy is essential;
* Degree qualified is preferred;
* Immediately availability is preferred
