Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Manages the supply chain function for the assigned project and products including planning, ordering, monitoring stock levels at all stages in the supply chain ensuring contractual stockholding requirements are met at all times with minimum risk exposure. This position is the key point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders and maintains excellent relationships through adequate communication and reporting.

- To manage the inventory for international, regional and local products on an optimum level considering contractual reserve stocks, 28 day operating stock and additional agreed Safety stock levels, whilst maintaining an agreed Service Level to the customer.
- To ensure visibility on item level in each stage of the pipeline at all times.
- To ensure efficient forecasting techniques are used, which are factoring in seasonal changes, bank holidays, Ramadan, Chinese New year, XMAS or any other factors in the country of operations.
- To monitor delivery lead times and ensure purchase requisitions for listed products are submitted in time and in the right quantity.
- To utilize SAP as per the agreed policies and procedures and ensure full transparency in all processes.
- To oversee the regional and local procurement function and ensure availability of products as pee the contract in the adequate quality accepted by the customer.
- To assist in fostering and promoting cross-functional collaboration, transparent communication, and strengthen the internal communications throughout the organization on supply chain related matters.

To prepare weekly and monthly reports from SAP as defined, which are as a minimum:
- Supply Chain Visibility Report
- Supply Chain Shortages Report
- GIT Report
- PR Review Report
- Expiry Risk Report

Requirements

- Min 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Demonstrates experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals;
- Excellent Negotiation/Analytical/Interpersonal Skills;
- Excellent English and French language skills;
- Familiar with working in an integrated and multi-cultural environment;
- Proficient PC User including MS Office, outlook and the internet; Ability to use information and communication technology in a proficient manner including but not limited to standard MS Office applications, and ERP systems like SAP;
