Associate Corporate Finance - Beijing

Job Purpose
Lawyers in the Beijing office represent both Chinese and non-Chinese bidders and targets, financial investors, special committees and private equity sponsors in inbound and outbound cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, including share acquisitions and dispositions, asset acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures and going-private transactions.

Requirements
The Corporate Group would like to hire one mid-level with 3-6 years experience a US admitted Associate
Applicants must have solid M&A and Private Equity experience with bilingual skills (English and Mandarin Chinese) to work in the Beijing Office.
