Job description / Role
The main purpose of this role is to provide creative design support and market development assistance:
Technical support:
• Lead theme park creative design and artistic concept design from the early stage throughout the project completion;
• Participate in bidding or other project key milestone report meeting as well as other plan (expert) review meeting;
• Provide professional support and take charge of site art direction;
• Actively comprehend and grasp industry development trend to cooperate with R&D Center on the research and development of market trend and product development.
Project responsibilities:
• Take overall charge of projects and play different roles according to project category and responsibilities;
Market development:
• Focus on key client relations maintenance and communicate client demands;
• Assist Marketing Department in market development team building.
Team coordination:
• Assist company in team performance review, develop personnel allocation plan and personnel training plan, assist in developing company annual plan;
• Take charge of coordination and guidance of related business work to ensure the achievement of performance goals;
• Provide professional guidance and share vocational and technical experience in daily work.
Knowledge management:
• Collect and accumulate project knowledge and experience for regular sharing and summarization.
Requirements
• Work experience: over 8 years’ theme park creative design experience as the chief creative personnel;
• Creativity and concept design, with design development and site construction work experience preferred;
• Possess good interpersonal communication and team management ability;
• Possess good problem solving ability and project management skills;
• Be skilled in drawing software and all kinds of industry software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.
