Job description / Role
• Exciting opportunity for talented Mandarin speaking Architects to join this International Architecture brand, who are expanding their Shanghai studio.
• An established portfolio and client networks within PRC and South East Asia, they are seeking a client facing Architect to assist in Business Development, reporting into the Studio Lead and assist with running projects.
• Preparing client presentations, and being involved in such presentations, they will be coordinating between local Clients and the international Design studio HQ.
• Involvement in Design and coordination of design will be required.
Requirements
• Around 5 years experience working as an Architect, post Graduation of a Bachelor Architecture, ideally for top design practices.
• Strength in Design, ideally having worked on large scale Hospitality projects in China.
• Excellent Mandarin and English communication, written and oral, is required.
• Hard working ethic to join this established, yet growing team to work on large scale build projects in the region.
