Oasis International Leasing Company PJSC was formed in 1997. The companys principal business is to identify structure, manage and invest in high value leasing transactions. The objective is to deliver sustainable investment returns for its shareholders. The original concept for Oasis was developed by the Offsets Department of the UAE Government, which was promoting the creation of new financial services clusters in the UAE economy. Leasing was viewed as an attractive and sustainable economic sector to develop. In addition to establishing a profitable international leasing company, Oasis also seeks to promote leasing within the UAE and provide a catalyst for the expansion of the financial services sector.
