Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with an established five star international chain hotel who are looking to hire a Restaurant Outlet Manager to oversee there international all day dining restaurant.

Your main responsibilities will be to manage the full day to day operations of the restaurant. Leading a diverse team of 12 staff. This role will require you to managing the staff rosters, work closely with the kitchen and events teams as well as train and develop the existing restaurant team. You will have full responsibility of the restaurant and report directly to the F&B Manager of the hotel.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have experience in managing an all-day dining restaurant or similar within a five star hotel, preferably in a remote or island location. Any additional experience within bakery is an added advantage.

Due to the scope of the role fluent French speaker will be considered.
