This is an excellent opportunity to join a multinational company that is a regional leader in the FMCG field. They are currently expanding their accounts receivable team and are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant.
Key responsibilities are:
•Follow up on receivable collection process
•Prepares weekly receivable ageing report & manage customers credit limit
•Issue monthly sales report compared to budget
•Performs analytical procedures on the receivable & prepare monthly Profit by customer
•Prepare monthly/quarterly reconciliation with customers
•Ensuring that customer's documentations are complete and accurate
•Ensuring that all customers' collections are promptly deposited at bank.
•Updates accounts receivable ledger by customer payments.
•Review and process customer claims, returns and follow up on returned checks
•Prepare monthly bad Debts provision based on the company policy.
We need someone with the following qualifications:
•Possess 3/4 years of experience with special focus on Accounts Receivable Function in FMCG Co.
•Ideally have experience and knowledge of SCALA preferably but any ERP is preferred
•Strong Team player skills, with ability to work confidently with Sales and commercial team
•Degree educated as a minimum
