Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintaining an accurate & accessible filing system.
• Day to Day handling of problems, calls & correspondence.
• Coordination with other departments to accelerate the flow of work.
• Managing the agenda of her direct Manager/Managers.
• Organizing the department’s events as meetings, trips and trainings.
• Explaining & implementing company procedures & policies to staff.
• Participating in solving cases that require assistance or escalation.
• Implementing a control system for stationary supplies.

Requirements

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor' degree.
• 2 -3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving & analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure & stressful conditions.
• Computer knowledge.
