Job description / Role
Role purpose:
The Robotics lead will be responsible to drive the Robotics function to build Robotics solutions within different local markets and group functions through agile framework and latest Robotics solutions working within global program .
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Leading Robotics Capabilities team to develop Robotic solutions to the local markets or group functions within a global program
- Set Team objectives, KPIs & development Plans to prepare best cognitive capabilities
- Stakeholder management through building proper governance framework and engaging with top management within group function and with the customer.
- Managing Robotics program delivery and risks and taking proper decisions when needed to maintain delivery on time
- Engage team with the different program functions to make sure delivery and communication flow are in place
Requirements
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Graduation degree in Computer science or Engineering
- Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
- Broad Technology awareness
- People Management through multiple geolocations
- Hands on experience in working within agile development environment preferably as part of through multiple geolocations and/or virtual teams
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Operation
- Minimum 5 years of experience in different Robotics technologies
- Very strong experience with all network complications
- Hands-on for 3 or more scripting languages
- PMP / Agile Certified
- Very strong presentation and reporting skills
