The Application Systems Developer is responsible for the following duties:

- Developing java code and implementation using open source software.
- Responsible for ensuring application systems are in compliance to security, audit policies, and procedures.
- Writes documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections.
- Has specific knowledge of Java, JCL, J2EE, Weblogic, Webservices and other tools.
- Supports FDIC mission
