About the role
- AOM PC is to provide end-to-end ownership for all network optimization projects, with committed deadlines as agreed with the project sponsors.
- AOM PC role starts once the project resources are agreed, processes are charted & high-level project plan is agreed. These projects might be for performance optimization, cost optimization or customer network optimization.
- AOM PC is accountable for overall project management support. He/she is responsible for order entry, order validation with local customer (when applicable) upon customer HQ go ahead, circuit/equipment ordering, order tracking, testing, and scheduling ensuring internal & external customer satisfaction.
- AOM PC is to manage several projects in parallel as per his workload capacity and is accountable for their successful on-time delivery.
- The AOM PC activities are part of the Service Implementation Project Management activities within the Service Transition lifecycle of optimization activities and are applied to all types of network services.
- The AOM PC is to have good understanding of the industry and network technology deployed for different services operating for our customer, as well as a broad understanding of the Orange Business environment, processes & procedures. Change Management activities Upon project owner gets the charter signed off by the senior management, then AOM PC is assigned to the project and is accountable for:
- Anticipation of the HQ Customer Go Ahead in order to proceed with project activities
- Project data validation, resources plan setup, order assignment of the delivery team in the Service Transition provisioning system, and communication of the booked resources to all involved actors in this order Service Transition lifecycle.
- During the project execution, the AOM PC is accountable for:
- Project progress reporting to project stakeholders including reporting to diamond HQ customers for their impacted connections.
- AOM PC is responsible for: - performing data integrity checks of all connections in the project scope within different tools, used during the Service Transition phase. This implies tools understanding and knowledge of technical content of the project scope. - timely closing the project & communicating project closure to all stakeholders & impacted customers.

Requirements

About you
- Communicate, organize conference calls for stakeholders/customer meetings as needed.
- Transversally manage a team with different profiles and specific skills.
- Organize, plan and manage by herself/himself the migration of standard & nonstandard services.
- Organize, plan and manage the delivery of medium to complex projects.
- Understand network architecture and components.
- Speak English fluently.
- Work well in a virtual team environment and being relatively dynamic in working hours.
