Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose of the Role:
Implementing BTL activities within Egypt.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to lead brand activities.
- Monitor and track brand's market share and performance to identify risks and opportunities.
- Co-leading the P&L with the brand manager to derive the brand's profitability.
- Fully leading all the brand's promotional plan from idea to execution.
- Assist the brand manager in budget tracking for the brand.
- Closely monitoring brand performance and working to achieve its targets.
- Conduct regular market & trade visits to have full competition overview, consumer insights and monitor brand performance.
- Working closely with the category's cross-functional team (finance, sales & SC) to achieve target KPIs.
- Support in the implementation of the brand's digital strategy.
- Leading all the packaging development and ensuring effective implementation.

Requirements

- University Graduate
- Fluency in English
- 1-2 years of Prior Experience in Marketing or sales.
