Key tasks
- Assistant front office manager and will be responsible to assist in achieving the utmost professional results and enhance the performance of the current and new team members.
- Will be also responsible in handling the on the job training and yearly performance appraisal and the technical part which will be assigned by the front office manager. i.e ( rooms blocking according to requested reservation - guests check in and out and guests' feedback..
- Work in harmony and cooperation with the hotel other departments.
