Assistant Push Manager ( Alex - Delta)

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and develop trade executives to deliver free trade agenda with distribution network along
• Manage Lipton agenda in work places via cash van operations
• Responsible for achieving the region pre-set targets along with strategic objectives
• Manages relationships with distributors and provide a complete action plan based on a clear understanding of food service dynamics
• Align on win-win situations for distributors and UFS
• Manage T1 distributors & wholesalers to build a sustainable business for Unilever Food Solutions in order to increase reach and penetration for strategic categories.
• Ensure proper deployment of refreshment plan and visibility tools with distributors via DSR`s training and coaching
• Take financial customer profitability based decisions within trade spend guidelines
• Implement new systems and tracking tools to improve distributors performance and efficiency, initiate corrective actions if needed
• Develop distributor sales capability and guide them to execute UFS business plans
• Liaise with distributors and food solutions` various function to increase the focus of distributors` sales force in UFS categories

Requirements

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree ( Business graduate is plus )
• Minimum 5 years working experience and 2 years in a managerial role
• Very good English & Microsoft Office skills
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• FMCG previous experience is a must .
• Leadership & people management skill
