Job Description & Summary

Due to the rapid growth of our Technology and Enterprise Resilience team, we currently have opportunities for ambitious and highly motivated experienced professional with a proven track record of high quality delivery of client projects. We would like to hear from subject matter expert with experience of implementing Oracle ERP systems, conducting systems review based on good practices and a background in finance (ACA preferred) and risk and control. Project assurance experience and technical skills in one or more of the following areas - Financials, Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain, Order Management, Manufacturing, Material Resource Planning, HR, Payroll particularly attractive.

- You will be required to manage your time between working on client site and in our offices, as a member of our highly skilled engagement teams to work on a range of IT Assurance projects, including IT External Audit Support and IT Internal Audit within FS. There is also the potential to work on Advisory engagements supporting clients in designing or assessing effectiveness of their IT risk and IT control mechanisms.
- Developing yourself personally, taking a keen interest in trends in number of high profile clients undertaking various engagements focused on strengthening processes and controls around big issues relating to technology and data risks.
- The role also requires that the candidate is able to collaborate with colleagues across different competences within PwC to bring our clients high value solutions
- Working with colleagues in all Middle Eastern offices on client work and internal initiatives as well as with international teams where appropriate; and, keeping up to date with current trends from the region and from across the world.
- As a Manager , the role includes responsibilities which will include coaching, training and mentoring staff.
- The role sits within a rapidly growing part of PwC's IT Risk Assurance team within our Risk Assurance Middle East practice. You will be an integral part of the team responsible for the delivery of assurance services to local and multinational clients. You will have access to all of the latest training and development tools and the support of the wider PwC network. Further, you will be able to build relationships with colleagues across the business, supporting them and promoting a collaborative culture

- The candidate will be achievement oriented with the ability to be flexible and adaptive on a daily basis. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team with a fast pace and a high energy that will translate into a high quality output.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas such as Computer Science, Information Engineering Technology or Business Informatics bachelor's degree.
- Preferable qualifications: The following qualification(s) are preferable and beneficial for the candidate to perform the role: ITIL v3 Foundation, CEH, CISA, CISM, CISSP, PMP, ISO 27001, CobIT
- Years of Experience: Minimum 8 years working experience in Information Technology and/or Information Security , preferably within a professional services environment.
- In-depth understanding of business applications, operating systems, databases and network infrastructure.
- Knowledge in IT general controls, IT governance, Data Assurance, IT risk management, IT process and compliance, IT resilience, Business continuity management, Disaster recovery and crisis management, Penetration testing and Security risk assessment.
- Exposure to major clients in the field of Information Technology in Egypt and Regionally.
- Strong interest and passion for IT trends such as cyber security and Big Data.
- He/she needs to have strong oral and written communication skills, a commitment to exceptional client service, creative problem solving ability and a consultancy mind-set.
- Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to priorities work load whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proven IT skills in the following programmes Excel, Word, PowerPoint. SQL is a plus
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Fluent in English but multilingual Arabic speaker preferable.
- The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project dictates.
