What you'll do

Description:
- Handle one or more squads with different skillsets & different agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban)
- Work closely with BICC squads Product Owner to achieve Finance strategy & goals.
- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Ensure stories are updated with needed info to be able to measure the needed metrices.
- Ensure that squads deliver their objectives & strategy through both Scrum & Kanban methodologies.
- Manage the flow (streamline the delivery process) and remove bottlenecks.
- Ensure agile ceremonies are done by scheduling and facilitating Agile events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Remove barriers that prevent Product Owners & squads from achieving their goals.
- Define, monitor & enhance agile delivery measures & KPIs (productivity, utilization , quality , predictability ,...) to help team to make improvements.
- Supporting Squad logistics by following up the vacancies with Technology leads to onboard squads members, spot the needed squads requirements/skills & ensure squad members are trained.
- Training, mentoring, and supporting development teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
- Build/automate agile reporting, dashboards, metrices & KPIs to measure squads'delivery to be reviewed (monthly/quarterly) by management & squads to spot the needed squads requirements/skills.
- Tracking project processes & deliverables.
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

Requirements:
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban
- 4+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
- Certified scrum master, SAFe is preferred.
- Working experience with Jira is a must.
- Experience in BI, Finance or IT systems is preferred.
- Leadership and management experience.
- Excellent people and project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation
