BIM Modeller - Architect

Job description / Role

Roles and Responsibilities
• Create and maintain 3D models using BIM software.
• To create and maintain accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings and other structures using BIM software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other members of the design and construction team.
• Ensure the models are accurate and meet project requirements by referring BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Use the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase.
• Develops detailed 3D models of building components and systems.
• Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure coordinated and accurate models.
• Performs clash detection and resolves clashes in the model..
• Responsible for creating visually appealing and accurate representation of the building that can be used for presentation, marketing and client reviews.
• Extract data from the model to generate accurate quantity take-offs for cost estimation

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile
• With min 4+ years experience
• Software knowledge - Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC (BIM360) skills: Communication, Collaboration , Problem-Solving ,Adaptability , Attention to Detail , Time Management , Leadership , Client-Focused , Continuous Learning ,
