Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

What you'll do
- Lead and the customer implementation and production deployment, and address and overcome technical objections that arise throughout the process.
- Ability to manage a diverse collection of engineering professionals either from deployment or Support perspectives.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through working with the internal teams to resolve product problems affecting post-implementation (BUILD) customer satisfaction.
- Understand and Participate on Enterprise customers' solutions (Fixed, Voice, Data, IoT, UC...etc.) Support Workflows and escalation paths
- Ensure appropriate actions and long-term plans are in place to meet customers engagement and satisfaction targets for different segments including Large Enterprise and SME/SoHo.
- Ensure proper bench management by proactive re-skilling of the workforce
- Improve productivity of the delivery teams through tooling, automation and effective operational models and methodologies
- Identify, mentor, coach and develop talents; ensure succession planning for all management and critical individual contributor roles
- Create a learning, experimentation and innovation culture across teams, ensure time for learning and development plans are in place for all team members

Requirements

Who you are
- Deep understanding of products and solutions lifecycle, with a focus on presales, architecture and customer implementation
- Extensive experience (10 years) in Data Networking solutions
- Hands on Experience in Business Platforms and Solutions
- Experience in establishing new functions within a multi-cultural environment
- Budget management and financial acumen
- Proven track record of optimizing delivery
- Previous technical experience in at least two of the managed areas
- Experience in managing large teams and departments and managing managers of managers
- University degree in computer science, telecommunications or equivalent
- Financial understanding
