Your Role and Responsibilities:
Campaign Manager

Definition & objective of this role:
- The Campaign Manager acts as project manager for marketing campaigns in a collaboration of dedicated teams (DT).
- Plans, coordinates and executes a compelling journey that drives objectives set for a marketing campaign.
- Owns the campaign end-to-end execution.
- And is accountable for campaign performance and revenue goals.

Detailed roles responsibilities and deliverables:

Planning of campaigns/projects to meet business and revenue objectives:
- Partner with other roles within marketing to understand campaigns/projects, to determine the best execution scenarios mix to meet the project objectives and provide feedback on projects/content.
- Provide project insights to leverage in defining the proper audience, the value proposition, and the campaign narrative.
- Support of other functions within marketing to develop content strategy, help to identify content gaps and opportunities for messaging.
- Design end-to-end projects, that meet revenue targets, by creating a compelling journey using digital, programmatic, and non-digital tactics at each stage.
- Apply buyer insights and past performance data to make decisions about the ideal tactic mix.

Manage Execution of Projects:
- Plan and submit budget requests based on historical data and tactic mix, manage the project budget;
- Set up project names/codes and projects' offers in IBM tools;
- Issue purchase orders towards suppliers and own the Invoice Payment Verification (Process verbal) process.

Optimize & Reporting:
- Collaborate with DT to track and report on project performance: against targets and benchmarks, and create an optimization plan
- Manage execution of optimization with the DT

Requirements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Campaign management or digital strategy; deep experience in executing marketing strategies and plans
- Digital and Social marketing knowledge and experience
- Be a strategic thinker, willing to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups, including internationally, to test and iterate their ideas to get the best possible outcome
- Able to provide clarity
- Ability to influence others, good negotiation skills
- Be enthusiastic, collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment, willing to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups, to test and iterate on their ideas with clarity.
- Must be able to execute effectively against multiple projects and deadlines and demonstrate an ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent and sound judgment
- Exceptional project management skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets & presentation software (Excel & PowerPoint a must)

- B2B Experience
- Industry Knowledge
