Job description / Role
NTS Group is working alongside a consumer giant to recruit a Category Development Leader for Egypt. Reporting into the Category Development Director MEA, this role is responsible for delivering best-in-class category leadership customer collaboration in order to develop the units and drive category growth and develop market share within the different categories.
• To achieve it, this role will be accountable for developing category growth insights-based solutions and optimizing sales revenue and profitability at category and portfolio level.
• The Category Development Leader will be responsible to drive category growth for all categories within the partners in Egypt.
• Leading different category projects with partners to help expand the presence of the categories and products.
• The role engages and partners with multiple internal teams to drive appropriate cross-functional collaboration to meet customers, shoppers, and company needs to ensure they are well placed to drive customer engagement through development of customer growth plans grounded into localized category vision.
Education & Professional Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree holder with experience across leading FMCG companies.
• Strong experience and understanding of developing insights and analysis and collaborating with sales and marketing to execute brand activations.
• Trade Marketing, Field Sales or Brand Management experience.
