Job description / Role

Key Tasks:

- The Director of Engineering is responsible for maintaining the hotels facilities, including the physical building structure, hotel grounds, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and related equipment
- Manages and controls energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs in accordance with Accor Hotels and local regulations
- Is responsible for the smooth running of all the hotel's technical processes and installations
- Coordinates and manages the regulatory procedures and follow-up processes (safety of people and property, quality, guests' comfort)

Requirements

Skills:

- Level of Education Bachelor / Licence Areas of study Building, Architecture Professional experiences 11 to 20 years
- Languages essential Arabic and English
