JOB DETAILS

Allianz Partners' Claims team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Performance Lead, who will work in conjunction with Claims Team Leaders to deliver KPI's and strategic objectives for the Global Claims Department

The ideal candidate will have a strong background performance management, reporting and analytics. The role will involve working closely with, and providing support to, the Claims Department managers to ensure the team operates efficiently and that KPI's are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyse, Report & Provide the Claims Team Leaders with trends, insights and recommendations on Claims Officer Performance
- Share insights on claims performance to management team
- Support the Claims Team on technical queries and using knowledge/learnings from queries to drive process simplicity
- Identify and implement system and process enhancement ideas to maximise productivity and improve the quality of adjudication decisions
- Highlight knowledge gaps to training team & include in huddles use cases
- Assume a proactive and positive approach to the handling of escalated issues, Using Claims Data to drive improvement in claims productivity, quality, customer service and cost containment
