Employment: Full Time

Position Summary
To ensure the execution of contract manufacturing strategy in the country in accordance with Business requirements, whilst ensuring full compliance with Nestle Corporate Standards and Guidelines.

A day in the life of...

- Make vs Buy Analysis:
Leads and ensures that the right resources are gathered for a Make-or-Buy Analysis. Ensures that all local projects undergo a review/ re-assessment of Make-or-Buy analysis with the relevant corporate stakeholders.

- Sourcing Management:
Identification and validation of potential contract manufacturers (new or existing) for a particular product. Leads the capability assessment process, including coordination of required assessment and audits to ensure selection of best option.

- Contract Management:
Ensures establishment of non-disclosure and confidentiality Agreement, Letter of Intent and Complete Contract Manufacturing Agreement. Assists price negotiations under the leadership of the Procurement Team. Ensures timely review of Contract Manufacturing Agreements and Improve current visibility.

- Operations Management:
Leads regular meetings with local Co-manufacturers to assess performances as per the agreed scorecard (quality, cost and service). Ensures adherence to Nestle principles and policies as well as local laws and regulations. Ensures compliance to health, food safety and regulatory requirements of all products manufactured. Ensures that root causes analysis and detailed action plans are put in place to close gaps. Ensures that mid and long-term capacity plans are reviewed based on latest demand planning.

- Exit/Exception Management:
Ensures that the protocols agreed in the Contract Manufacturing agreement for the exit management are effectively followed. Manages all the phases of exiting the contract, while ensuring the required service, quality and cost.

Requirements

What will make you successful

- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Strong leadership agility and ability to manage and engage with high level 3rd party organizations stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, autonomous and able to integrate different working cultures in a diverse working environment
- Experience in successful deployment of new products or startup
- Good financial acumen including awareness on product costing structure.
- Manufacturing background with sound knowledge of manufacturing production process of different product categories.
- Sourcing management experience and good industry awareness.
- Basic knowledge of Quality, Safety, Health and Environment.
