Employment: Full Time

Role Profile

to copywrite, design and produce high-quality content, collateral and support materials that excite, educate and explain the company's core propositions and products to customers and sales account managers. To provide a marketing communications service to manage and prioritize workflow for new and amended proposition/ product materials from initial project brief through copywriting, to final production and uploading to key knowledge-share systems and internal communication vehicles.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Manages the production of supporting customer and sales enablement materials (e.g. internal sales guides, standard presentation materials, customer data sheets and brochures etc.) for core propositions and products/ services.
- Incorporates relevant graphics, illustrations, photography and graphic elements to meet design brief and stakeholder needs.
- Maintains and manages central database of graphic items to minimise rework and for use by wider marketing team.
- Ensures new documents/ materials are compliant with brand and corporate identity guidelines.
- Manages upload of materials to relevant knowledge share sites.
- Provides regular status reports, manages quarterly program reviews, coordinates regular workload/ process/ quality review meetings with key marketing colleagues.

Requirements

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- fluent English
- Copywriting skills and experience
- Ability to work with a wide range of media
- Graphic design experience
- Strong visual sense and creativity
- User of key multimedia design packages (Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Powerpoint)
- Computer skills (Sharepoint, webmedia, ideally HTML and Flash)
- Experience of working within corporate identity and brand guidelines
- Confidence and influencing skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail
