Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Role purpose:
To manage CRM Applications function, responsible for planning, design, implementation & support activities, as well as platform roadmap, allowing Vodafone to provide best customer experience.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Strategy and Planning: Define CRM applications strategy in alignment with Vodafone business & technology strategy.
- Delivery: Accountable for implementation of business requirements on time in full.
- Accountable for implementation of CRM applications technical road map.
- Vendor Management: Select, manage, lead, support & monitor 3rd parties serving Vodafone objectives.
- Budget : Plan and manage budget efficiently to achieve requested business targets.
- People : Recruit, lead, manage, & develop team to achieve targets and fulfil aspirations.

Requirements

Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Extensive knowledge of call Center & sales applications, salesforce.com is a plus.
- Extensive Knowledge of Master Data Management, RDBMS technologies, SOA.
- Manage diverse teams in highly uncertain, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team environment and communicate at all levels of an organization, including C-Level.

Must have technical /professional qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science/Engineering, Masters/MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of IT experience, with 8 years of telecom experience, 5+ years leading teams.
- 5+ years of billing and CRM experience.
