Employment: Full Time

Job Description
- Assist in defining culture transformation required, design, implement it and nurture it, so it supports the organizational strategy.
- Architect and create experiences that prompt mindset shifts.
- Work proactively and reactively to facilitate transformation.
- Track the cultural health to make sure it's working for - not against - the organization.
- Assess the gap between the current culture and the desired culture.
- Work with other stakeholders to ensure proper definition of purpose and work on its evolvement if needed, values and behaviours so they support organizational transformation.
- Coordinate with related stakeholders to adjust and align any policies, processes and practices that block new ways of working.
- Assist in driving mindset and behaviour change with the right communications, training, and talent processes.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes.
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
- Assist in the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
- Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, plus an advanced Human Resources degree

- Experience in culture transformation and engagement programs.
- Preferably previous work experience in a technology-oriented company.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline plus an advanced Human Resources Degree
