Employment: Full Time

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative who will be able to accept ownership for effectively answering our customers' inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. You will be working from Egypt, supporting our Vodafone customers based in the UK.

Requirements

You
- Are a C2 fluent English Speaker
- Are a graduate or a student with a gap year (no academic commitment to the university for one year)
- Have good communication skills
- Have the eagerness to learn and self-develop
